Weekend Outings

OPEN SATURDAYS and Sundays 10 TO 5

Action Jack's is open every Saturday and Sunday 10 to 5. The weekends are a great time to come out with family and friends for an exciting day of Paintball. On the weekend you will play on all 3 of our highly developed outdoor playing fields. There are 3 ways to enjoy paintball at Action Jack's on the weekend:

  1. Reserved Group or Guest
  2. Walk On Players
  3. Private Reserved Game

Reserved Group Paintball is an ideal activity for Church Groups, Birthday Parties, Bachelor Parties, Corporate Outings or just a bunch of friends looking for some excitement. If this sounds like something that your group would like to try then becoming a "Reserved Group" is your ticket.  (Need Help organizing your group? Check out our "Group Organization Guide".)

  • Field Fee, Rental and 500 paintballs. $35 ea. ($15 for rental + $20 for 500 paintballs)
  • Field Fee and 500 Paintballs $30 ea. (for players with own paintgun)
  • Additional Paintballs $20/500 (each person will use at least 500)

Making Reservations 1) To make a reservation you will want to contact Action Jack's to make sure the desired date is available. You can contact us by phone or e-mail. 2) You will need to make a $deposit.  We require a $15 deposit for each rental that you want to reserve. The deposit is payment up front for the rental. You do not want to overbook because deposits are not refundable. You can make the deposit with a credit card over the phone. You can mail us a check. The deposit is the rental portion of your fee.   We are currently taking reservations without a deposit. All we ask is that you do not overbook and keep us up to date. Note: A deposit IS required for a private game.

Action Jack's accepts Iowa State Vouchers! If you are a club or an organization at Iowa State University you can use Iowa State Vouchers for both deposits and paintballs. Contact us if you have questions about how to use them.

Walk On Play Walk on players are always welcome at Action Jack's Paintball Games. Walk on players  come  without reservations. Walk on players usually have their own equipment and do not have to worry about the availability of rental equipment. Players that do need rentals take the chance that there may be none available.

  • Walk On Field Fee, Rental and 500 Paintballs $40 ea.
  • Field Fee and 500 paintballs $35 ea. (includes CO2 and Air)
  • Additional Paintballs $20/500 (all paint must be purchased from Action Jack's)
  • Walk On Play Saturdays and Sundays 10 am to 5 pm

Private Reserved Games You also have the option of bringing a group to Action Jack's and play in what we call a private game. In a private game your group has their own referees. Your group only plays among themselves. Private games will play on all 3 recreation fields just like the public groups. A private group must have at least 10 players. (Less than 15 players? It is more fun to play with the public.) You must make reservations for a private group at least 4 days in advance. (see making reservations above) A Private Reserved Game requires a $400 non-refundable deposit.

  • Private Game Cost $400 (this is your deposit) (includes rentals for up to 20 players, does not include paintballs) 
  • Rental & Field Fee for Players in addition to first 20, $20 each.
  • Field Fee for Players in addition to first 20, $15 each. (for players with there own equipment)
  • Paintballs $20/500 (all paintballs must be purchased from Action Jack's)

Attention PaintballUSA Ticket Holders: We do not accept PaintballUSA tickets. If you do not have them, do not buy them. Action Jack's is not associated with PaintballUSA in any way. We have not authorized anyone to sell tickets for use at Action Jack's Paintball Games.
